CONCENTRATE is an innovative resort-style complex rising in the very heart of Ubud, Bali’s cultural capital, set within a traditional Balinese park surrounded by tropical greenery. The project occupies a unique niche at the intersection of two rapidly growing global markets—premium wellness and longevity—with no direct analogues on the island. The complex comprises two residential buildings housing 15 studios (44 sqm) and 15 one-bedroom apartments (61–76 sqm), alongside world-class wellness infrastructure: a thermal complex with hammam and sauna, spa, yoga studio, fitness centre, massage rooms, and a health food bar. Longevity programmes include infrared and ozone therapy, cryotherapy, biological age diagnostics, hormonal profiling, DEXA scanning, and VO₂ max testing. On-site amenities also feature a swimming pool, hammock lounge, open-air cinema, children’s playground, and flexible spaces for yoga and tea ceremonies.

What sets CONCENTRATE apart is its positioning within central Ubud, where new development is strictly limited—the project has secured the official government building permit (SK PBG), providing a legal basis for implementation in a location where such approvals are critically important. The project is currently in active construction, with completion scheduled for Q2–Q3 2027 under a leasehold structure of 31 plus 21 years. Apartments are priced from $65,000 (or from $60,000 with full payment), offering accessible entry into Ubud’s mature and steadily performing property market, which is characterised by long-stay residents and boutique wellness operators rather than the seasonal short-term rental dynamics of Bali’s coastal regions.
