PISTACHIO VILLAS

Pistachio Villas is a boutique residential development in Ubud, Bali, created by the architectural studio Archigods. The project is conceived as a collection of nine designer villas arranged in a striking radial formation, with the masterplan mimicking a blooming pistachio flower when viewed from above. Each villa is sculpted in the form of a split pistachio shell, a biomorphic motif that gives the project its name and a unique, instantly recognisable identity. The architecture is based on organic forms and natural materials — wood, stone, and bamboo — allowing the villas to blend seamlessly with Ubud’s lush jungle while maintaining a modern, high-end aesthetic. The design goes beyond visual impact: pistachio shells are crushed and integrated into the villa walls, creating a textured finish that catches Bali’s vibrant light, while bamboo, local timber, and natural stone reinforce the connection to the surrounding environment.

The development offers multiple villa typologies with private pools, thoughtful layouts, and fully furnished interiors, positioned as premium real estate suitable for private living, vacation use, and rental investment. A central leisure area with a beach-style swimming pool and restaurant anchors the complex, creating the atmosphere of a private resort in the heart of Ubud.
