GREEN FLOW VILLA

Green Flow Villa is an award-winning collection of designer villas by Bali Investments, set amidst the rice fields of Sayan, just minutes from central Ubud. The project is built on a concept of harmony with nature — the architecture dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, filling each residence with plants, open volumes, and natural light, so that guests experience a sense of freedom and lightness the moment they arrive. The development is intentionally low-density, with villas arranged across a landscaped site that preserves the surrounding rice-field views. Each villa is designed for both comfort and visual impact, featuring spacious layouts, private pools, and natural materials that reflect Ubud’s tropical character.

The project has received international recognition for its design, winning the International Residential Architecture Awards 2023 for its integration of green areas and its distinctive spatial approach. Following a period of regulatory review related to zoning and land-use permits, the developer obtained the necessary approvals and the complex is now operational, with villas available for short-term rental and investment. The collection includes multiple villa types, ranging from one- to three-bedroom configurations, each positioned to capture garden or rice-field views and to deliver a consistent, design-led guest experience.
